{KAN} Clan Structure

The KAN Structure is simple but effective, and allows us to manage the clan with ease and without confusion.


Leaders
The Leaders are the management of the clan. The Leaders recruit new players and provide training to new recruits if needed. Leaders also enforce discipline and are able to kick players.

Moderators
Moderators are chosen to regulate the games and forums, ensure fair play and report any bad behaviour to the Leaders. Moderators can recommend people to join KAN and are often involved with leaders when making decisions regarding new recruits. However, Moderators cannot promote or recruit people without the authority from one of the Leaders.

Clan Members
Clan Members are active members that play Doom 3 on a regular basis. Clan members can recommend people interested in joining KAN and they can also assist the leaders in some decisions when recruiting. Unfortunately, members cannot promote or recruit people without the authority from one of the Leaders.

Guests
Guests are often potential KAN members, usually in their trial period. Guests will be proving themselves to be suitable for KAN. However some guests maybe visitors from other clans etc.
